Come join María Cristina and Keric on their 60 hour Level 1 Anusara Teacher Training.
This will be an extraordinary opportunity to develop skills necessary for becoming a confident and graceful Anusara yoga teacher.

We will create a supportive and fun environment where you will learn how to:

Develop personal and universal heart themes that connect to the grand purposes of practicing yoga.

• Teach the 5 Universal Principles of Alignment with ease and grace.
• Practice verbal and physical adjustments, as well as therapeutic skills.
• Repeatedly and successfully teach basic and mixed level classes.
• Connect energetically with the body, mind, and heart of each student
• Summon all of your inner qualities to motivate your students.
• Deal with anticipated and unexpected obstacles.

Dates: Jan 14/15, 28/29, Feb 11/12, 25/26, March 10/11, 24/25.
Day/Time: Saturday and Sunday, 1:00pm - 6:30pm.
Price: $700 early registration (before December 31, 2011).
$800 late registration (after January 1, 2012).
Training Hours: 60 Anusara Teacher Training Hours
Assisting Hours: 15-18 Anusara Hours
